First Tenant Secures for Master-Planned Inland Empire Logistics Park

The first tenant has been secured at The HUB, a master-planned logistics park located across from Ontario International Airport. Affinius Capital and McDonald Property Group have pre-leased a 254,677-square-foot industrial building at 3551 E. Jurupa St. in Ontario to Otto International for a commitment of 12 years and 10 months.

This is the first lease signed at The HUB’s two-million-square-foot first phase, which is scheduled for completion in six months.

CBRE’s Darla Longo, Barbara Perrier, Walt Arrington, Joey Sugar and Joe Werdein represented McDonald Property Group and Affinius Capital during the leasing negotiations while Dylan McDonald and Dillon Dummit of Savills represented Otto International.

Eddie Gonzalez, managing director of asset management for Affinius Capital stated that securing this lease before completion demonstrates the appeal of The HUB’s high-quality facilities and prime location near Ontario International Airport. He also expressed gratitude that Otto International chose their Inland Empire development as well as pride in having them join their portfolio of global industrial and logistics companies.
