"First Retail Project Set to Launch in Castle Hills"

Bright Realty is making significant strides on a $1.3 billion mixed-use development in Lewisville’s Castle Hills, with plans to soon unveil the project’s retail component.

According to the Dallas Business Journal, construction on Crown Centre – a 140-acre development in Lewisville – is expected to begin later this year or early next year. The initial phase of retail space will span 13,000 square feet.

This news comes after the successful completion and leasing launch of Crown Centre II, a four-story office building worth $50 million that opened its doors for business in fall 2024. This marked an important milestone for the overall development process which began back in April 2023.

Crown Centre II sits adjacent to another office building known as Crown Centre I; this first structure spans over 109,000 square feet and has been around since its opening back in 2020. Currently at approximately ninety-five percent occupancy rate today it continues proving itself as one of Bright Realty’s most successful projects thus far! Both buildings are situated within close proximity off Sam Rayburn Tollway on their shared parcel spanning across those same aforementioned one hundred forty acres!

Once fully completed however there are still many more exciting things slated for future phases such as up-to two thousand multifamily units being built out along with three million total square footage dedicated towards offices spaces plus five hundred hotel rooms all together!
