"First NY State Project Advances for Crow Holdings"

Construction is moving forward as planned at the Golden Triangle Logistics Center in Wallkill, NY, according to Crow Holdings Development. The company’s first industrial venture in New York State, this Class A property spans 92 acres and has been fully approved for a total of 834,800 square feet. Currently, walls are being erected and steel installation is underway.

According to Brad Vander Vliet, VP of Crow Holdings Development, Orange County has become a desirable location due to its proximity to the Northern New Jersey market while offering lower rents (30% lower), better regional connectivity features and port access similar to that of Exit 8A. Additionally,the area boasts a strong labor pool and reasonable taxes making it an attractive option for businesses.

The first building on the property is expected be completed by summer 2025 with a total size of 535
