Cypress West Partners has recently completed construction on a state-of-the-art medical office building in Queen Creek, AZ. The 22,000-square-foot facility is fully leased to five tenants and located at 22363 E. Domingo Road. Ocotillo Medical Collaborative was built at a cost of $10 million.
According to Jason Anzalone of Cypress West Partners, the growing population of Queen Creek was in need of accessible medical services. To address this issue, the company purchased a retail-zoned land and successfully obtained entitlements for medical use.
This new building marks the first off-campus for-lease medical office space available in Queen Creek.
With close to 2 million square feet under its management across various locations nationwide, Cypress West Partners continues to expand its portfolio with over 250,000 square feet currently being developed into top-notch medical office properties.
