Bozzuto and The Chevy Chase Land Company have unveiled The Claude, a 13-story residential building in Chevy Chase Lake, Maryland. This 186 apartment residence offers 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space with chic lobby features and a panoramic rooftop deck. Residents can also access the amenities of the sister building -The Barrett- as well as enjoy various retailers located within The Town Square outdoor gathering space.
The Claude is part of the second phase development for this larger neighborhood and will be connected to future community events beginning in May 2023 when move ins begin. Bozzuto will manage this new residential building project for its residents to enjoy all that it has to offer!
