"Finmarc Offloads 25-Acre Property for $60M to Build New Data Center"

Finmarc Management, Inc., a company specializing in commercial real estate investments and management, recently completed the sale of a 25.29-acre property located at 19886 Ashburn Road in Loudoun County, Virginia for $60 million. The buyer, JK Land Holdings LLC plans to develop a state-of-the-art data center spanning over 360,000 square feet on the site at an unspecified date.

The parcel is fully approved by Loudoun County for this specific use and includes both a commercial office building and an R&D/warehouse structure. Representing JK Land Holdings was Ryan Goeller from KLNB while Finmarc was represented by CBRE’s Rob Faktorow, Josh Greenberg and Anna Faktorow during the transaction process. Legal services were provided to Finmarc by Aaron Rosenfeld of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.
