Finmarc Management, a commercial real estate investment and management firm, has sold Largo Town Center – a 280,000-square-foot regional retail center in Prince George’s County, Maryland – for $70 million. An investment group led by KPI Commercial LLC was the buyer.
Acquired by Finmarc in 2019, the asset saw multiple leases executed and property enhancements implemented during its ownership period. At the time of sale it was 80% leased and occupied.
David Fink – co-founder & principal at Finmarc – commented on the transaction: “The new owner has acquired a fully-leased and durable infill shopping center located in an area with continuing residential & commercial development activities; this reflects long term economic health & viability of this section of Prince George’s County.”
