Finmarc Management, Inc. has successfully acquired the Dulles Corner office portfolio for a total of $51 million. The portfolio consists of four buildings, totaling nearly 620,000 square feet of commercial office space.

Located in Herndon, Virginia within Northern Virginia’s Dulles Technology Corridor, the four buildings are situated at 2411 Dulles Corner Park, 13880 Dulles Corner Lane,
2355 Dulles Corner Boulevard and 13825 Sunrise Valley Drive. The seller was represented by Eastdil Secured while Aaron Rosenfeld from Kelley Drye & Warren LLP provided legal services to Finmarc. Debt placement assistance was provided by Cliff Mendelson from Metropolis Capital Advisors.
