Finmarc Acquires Two Theatres in Maryland and Virginia for $15.1 Million
Finmarc Management, Inc. has announced the successful acquisition of two retail properties leased by national movie theater operators for a combined $15.1 million. The transactions were completed with real estate investment trust EPR Properties.
The two assets include:
– 6201 Multiplex Drive in Centreville, Virginia: This property features a 12-screen, 72,821-square-foot building situated on a nearly 12.5-acre parcel. It is fully leased by Cinemark Centreville.
– 7710 Matapeake Business Drive in Brandywine, Maryland: This theater is a 14-screen, 60,000-square-foot facility sitting on a 10-acre site. It is fully leased by Xscape Theatres.
Paul Norman, Jr. and John Owendoff of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in both transactions. Legal services for Finmarc were provided by Aaron Rosenfeld of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.
