Finmarc Management, Inc., a commercial real estate firm based in Bethesda, MD, has recently acquired Riverview Plaza in Frederick, MD for $30 million. The 185,275-square-foot regional shopping center boasts an impressive 95% occupancy rate and is home to popular retailers such as TJ Maxx, Michaels and PetSmart. Finmarc’s co-founder and principal David Fink expressed excitement about the purchase stating that “Riverview Plaza is an institutional-quality retail destination with a strong history of high occupancy rates and tenant retention.”
Built in 1998 on Urban Pike Road near major roads and the Francis Scott Key Mall , Riverview Plaza features well-known retailers including Staples , Sierra ,and Old Navy . This acquisition adds to Finmarc’s already impressive portfolio of properties in Frederick which includes Frederick Corporate Park.
