Finegold Alexander Selected for Transformative Milton Mixed-Use Development

Finegold Alexander Architects, a Boston-based firm, has been selected as the architect for 440 Granite Ave., a mixed-use project located in Milton, MA. The project is a collaboration between Finegold Alexander Architects, Oranmore Enterprises LLC and Brenco Construction Company with the goal of revitalizing the area by transforming an unconnected site into an integrated residential space.

The development will consist of 24 residential units, three commercial spaces, 35 interior parking spots and 48 bicycle spots. This project is seen as a significant step towards fulfilling Milton’s Housing Product Plan according to Finegold Alexander Architects. Additionally, it will include affordable housing options with at least 10% of the units designated as such.

“We are excited to be involved in this transformative development at 440 Granite Ave.” stated Ellen Anselone who serves as principal and VP at Finegold Alexander Architects. “This aligns perfectly with our commitment to creating sustainable and innovative designs that enhance communities while promoting accessibility.”
