Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of a seven-unit apartment property located in Pacific Beach, San Diego. The asset sold for $4,185,000 and was marketed on behalf of the seller by Carson Trujillo from Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown San Diego office. Anelia Genchev with Century 21 Affiliated procured the buyer.
The building consists of one three-bedroom/two-bath unit, two two-bedroom/one bath units and four one bedroom/one bath units that were turned over in 2022 with various interior updates. Trujillo recommended exterior upgrades to prepare it for market which resulted in a quick escrow and closing process.
