Dun & Bradstreet has recently acquired office space in The Domain, which was previously leased by Indeed. According to the Austin Business Journal, Indeed has been downsizing its real estate presence in Austin over the past year due to a rise in hybrid work schedules among employees.
The new space for Dun & Bradstreet is located at 2900 Esperanza Crossing and covers an entire floor of 35,000 square feet. This building was originally leased by Indeed in 2019 but they have since placed it on the sublease market and are still looking for additional tenants to fill the remaining 183,000 square feet.
In addition to their downtown co-headquarters, Indeed also occupies all of Domain Tower at 10721 Domain Drive which is located near their subleased building in The Domain.
Other major companies such as Peak6, Home Depot ,3M ,Meta Platforms ,Atmosphere and WorkRise are also seeking to reduce their office space through subleasing opportunities within Austin.
