JLL has been selected to find a 200,000-square-foot site in Manhattan for the New York Auto Museum (NYAM) initiative. The museum and entertainment complex is expected to draw more than two million visitors annually and will be dedicated to showcasing the past, present and future of automobiles. NYAM’s chairman Peter Riguardi and VP Charles Gerace are leading JLL’s effort in securing a strategic partner for this ambitious project which includes exclusive car collections, educational exhibits, technological innovations as well as unique shops, social gathering spaces and a restaurant.
Riguardi commented on the venture: “New York is one of the world’s most exciting cities with attractions that draw millions here every year. This tremendous new venture promises to further elevate its standing as an iconic venue for spectacles that inspire visitors from all over.”
