JLL Capital Markets has facilitated senior acquisition financing for a three-property industrial portfolio totaling 1.6 million square feet in the Carolinas and Georgia. Representing the borrower, Stream Realty Partners, JLL secured the loan from funds managed by Apollo Global Management, Inc.
The newly delivered assets are 100-percent leased and situated in three of top performing industrial submarkets in the Southeast U.S., including Coastal Commerce Center (1514 Old Dean Forest Rd., Savannah, GA), Garner Business Park (1000, 1600 and 2000 Garner Business Park Dr., Garner NC) and Velocity II (915 Victor Hill Rd., Greer SC).
