Final Phase of Pullman Crossings Industrial Park Begins for Ryan Cos.

Ryan Companies, in partnership with Namdar Realty Group and Mason Asset Management, has announced the financial closing of a 160,000-square-foot speculative industrial facility at Pullman Crossings. This marks the start of construction for the project.

This development follows closely after another groundbreaking just five months ago for a 170,000-square-foot industrial facility. It is also the final phase of Pullman Crossings – a 50-acre industrial park within Pullman Park. The larger mixed-use development spans over 180 acres and is being developed by Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives (CNI).

According to Kyle Schott, vice president of real estate development at Ryan Companies: “The final phase of Pullman Crossings represents an exciting next step in the continued growth on Chicago’s South Side.” The new facility will be located on a 10-acre site in historic Pullman neighborhood at 10800 S Doty.

Bankers Trust is providing construction financing for this project as Ryan Companies takes charge of developing and building it. Completion is expected by August 2025.

Ryan Cos., along with partners Namdar Realty Group and Mason Asset Management, have announced that they are beginning construction on a new speculative industrial facility at their joint venture project known as Pullman Crossings. This latest addition comes only five months after breaking ground on another large-scale warehouse space spanning over1700 square feet.

Pulling from its roots within Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives’ (CNI) massive mixed-use complex called “Pullmann Park,” which covers nearly two hundred acres total; this newest installment will serve as both an economic boon to local industry while simultaneously marking completion towards what was once considered unfinished business when first conceptualized years prior during planning stages back then under different namesake titles such like ‘South Side’.

Vice President Kyle Schott expressed his enthusiasm stating that “the final stage here truly signifies yet another milestone achievement towards our shared vision & commitment aimed directly at continued growth throughout Chicago’s South Side.” This latest project will be situated on a ten-acre site located within the historic Pullman neighborhood, specifically 10800 S Doty.

Ryan Companies has taken charge of developing and building this new facility with financial backing from Bankers Trust. Completion is expected by August 2025, effectively marking an end to what was once considered unfinished business for the Pullman Crossings Industrial Park.
