Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and their joint venture partner, Clarion Partners, have officially begun construction on the third and final phase of Weiser Business Park in Cypress. This new development will add 628,012 square feet of industrial space to the northwest area of Houston.
The project is situated near the recently completed intersection of US Highway 290 and Fallbrook Drive. It will consist of two state-of-the-art cross-dock buildings spanning 273,740 square feet and 354,272 square feet respectively. These buildings will be the fifth and sixth additions to Weiser Business Park. Construction is expected to be finished by October 2025.
Buildings 5 &6 at Weiser Business Park were designed by Seeberger Architecture while A&F General Contractors serves as general contractor for this project with financing provided by Cadence Bank.
Once completed, this final phase will bring a total Class-A industrial space offering at Weiser Business Park to over1 .7 million square feet across six buildings located at14311and14281 Fallbrook Drive.
