The Fifield Companies recently acquired a 26-unit condominium complex in Uptown/Turtle Creek, Dallas for $20 million. This equates to approximately $770,000 per unit. The site will be cleared and developed into a 24-story luxury apartment tower by the Fifield team. An Avison Young team led by Mike Kennedy represented the sellers as part of the Wimbledon Place Homeowners Association (HOA).
