Fertitta Acquires River Oaks District

Renowned Houston billionaire Tilman Fertitta has recently acquired one of the city’s most prominent mixed-use developments, River Oaks District, for a reported $450 million. The property was previously owned by JPMorgan Asset Management who purchased it for $550 million in 2016. According to reports from the Houston Chronicle, JLL facilitated the sale and represented both parties involved.
