**Fein to Launch Fourth Multifamily Development in City Place, Houston**
Fein has received approval to move forward with its fourth multifamily residential project in City Place, Houston. The new development, named Echo Lake, will be located at 2002 Spring Stuebner Road and will feature 326 rental units.
The community will comprise a mix of two- and three-story buildings, offering efficiency, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Sizes will range from 556 to 1,824 square feet. Select units will be designed as townhomes with attached garages, catering to a range of lifestyle needs.
Echo Lake is slated to open its first units in the second quarter of 2026, with full project completion expected by the second quarter of 2027.
Design services are being led by Steinberg Dickey Collaborative, and Westchase Construction will serve as the general contractor. The project is backed by equity financing from Open House Group and construction financing through Comerica Bank. John Fenoglio of CBRE arranged the equity financing for the development.
This marks another major step in Fein’s continued growth in the City Place community, as the company expands its footprint in the Houston area.
