Feil Lands $24M Refi for Elmont Home Depot Shopping Center

The Home Depot Shopping Center in Elmont, NY has recently secured a $23.5 million refinancing deal from Principal Asset Management. The shopping center, located at 600 Hempstead Turnpike off the Cross Island Parkway, spans over 269,490 square feet and boasts major tenants such as Home Depot, Marshalls and Target. The Feil Organization has owned this asset since 1992 and currently maintains a full occupancy rate.

According to Brian Feil, principal at the Feil Organization: “This deal is a testament to our ability to secure attractive financing even in today’s challenging lending market. It also highlights the strong demand for well-positioned retail properties with reputable tenants in Nassau County.” Representing the Feil Organization in this transaction was Estreich & Company.
