Feil Lands $24 Million Refinance for Elmont Home Depot Shopping Center

The Feil Organization has successfully obtained a $23.5 million refinancing for the Home Depot Shopping Center in Elmont, NY from Principal Asset Management. This retail center, located at 600 Hempstead Turnpike off the Cross Island Parkway, spans over 269,490 square feet and is home to major tenants such as Home Depot, Marshalls and Target. The Feil Organization has owned this fully leased property since 1992.

According to Brian Feil, principal at the organization: “This deal not only demonstrates our ability to secure attractive financing in today’s lending market but also highlights the strong demand for well-positioned retail properties with reputable tenants in Nassau County.” Estreich & Company represented The Feil Organization during this transaction.
