The Feil Organization has announced the completion of 83,673 square feet of leasing activity throughout 2025 at 570 Lexington Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. This includes 25,816 square feet of new leases and 57,857 square feet of lease renewals.

Among the most recent deals, the firm signed a new seven-year lease with Gretchen Schumann for 4,338 square feet on the 33rd floor. Gretchen Schumann was represented by Jonathan Schindler and Troy Elias of Cushman & Wakefield in the transaction.

Other leasing activity at 570 Lexington Avenue this year has included new leases with Amvest, CP Capital, and Opici Family Distributing. Lucid Capital expanded its existing footprint, while multiple tenants renewed their leases, including Alcova Capital Management, Asset TV, Carrera Willowbridge Capital, Globex, Institute of Art – New York LLC, Quad Partners, the City of New York, the Roosevelt Institute, and Ziegler Ziegler.
