Feil Organization Acquires Mixed-Use Property in Westport, CT

The Feil Organization has expanded its Connecticut portfolio with the acquisition of 2–14 Post Road East in Westport, CT. Purchased from State & Main Streets LLC for an undisclosed amount, the property features approximately 6,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 10 newly renovated studio apartments.

Located in one of Connecticut’s most sought-after communities, the 13,034-square-foot, two-story mixed-use property offers high visibility and consistent pedestrian flow. In addition to updated apartments, the site provides ample parking and convenient accessibility for both tenants and visitors.

The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Briskin and Jordan Goldblum, while Kravet Realty, LLC represented the seller, State & Main Streets LLC.
