Feil Corporation Announces Capital Improvement Plans at 7 Penn Plaza

The Feil Organization has announced its plans to renovate 7 Penn Plaza in Midtown Manhattan, located at 370 Seventh Avenue. Improvements include a new 15,000 square foot roof deck for tenants with an outdoor bar and upgraded lobby design elements throughout the building. The renovation is slated for completion in Q4 2024.

In addition, KC Engineering and Land Surveying has expanded their lease at 7 Penn Plaza by 3,783 square feet over ten years from 9,005 to 12,788 square feet. Andrew Wiener of the Feil Organization stated “We are dedicated to continuously investing in our tenants and assets” as demonstrated through this recommitment and capital improvement plan for 7 Penn Plaza.
