D2 Asset Management has announced the addition of David Brickman as President of Residential Real Estate. Brickman, who previously served as CEO of Freddie Mac and NewPoint Real Estate Capital, brings extensive experience in finance and investment to D2’s expansion into the residential real estate sector. This move is a key part of D2’s overall investment strategy, which includes direct lending, platform investing and asset-based finance to increase access to affordable housing options in both multifamily and single-family markets.
JLL has welcomed Tracy Gray as Executive Vice President on its retail team in Dallas-Fort Worth. Prior to joining JLL, Gray was Managing Principal at Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC), where he played a crucial role in launching HLC’s retail presence through project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales for clients with retail assets.
