Lenoir Hospitality recently purchased The Courtyard Jacksonville Butler Boulevard for $15 million from previous owner Jacksonville JTB Hotel Limited Partnership. Located at 4670 S. Lenoir Ave., this five-story, 137-room hotel was built in 1997 on the Southside.
Ross has announced plans to renovate Phillips Point, a West Palm Beach office property built in 1985 that spans over 449,000 square feet.
