On February 14, 2025, Baron Property Group began work on Metro Parc North in Hialeah. This Class-A multifamily asset will offer 661 rental residences and is expected to be completed by Q3 of that year. KAST Construction has been chosen as the lead contractor for the project, which was designed by Modis Architects.
Avida Aventura, a new apartment community with 266 units located at 19401 W. Dixie Highway in Aventura, has welcomed its first residents thanks to Fifield Cos. The apartments range from studio to three-bedroom options and were designed by MSA Architects. Capital partners for this project include CrowdStreet, Suncorp and Bank OZK.

Elkins Construction received the $15 million building permit for this project known as Village at Lake Forest.
In North Jacksonville’s Ignition Industrial Park area (2555 Ignition Drive), Arco Design/Build recently secured permits on behalf Hazel Street Capital for a $12.4 million build-to-suit warehouse totaling101 ,137 square feet . Once complete,this light industrial building will serve as warehousing spacefor distribution purposes.
