Midwest commercial real estate company, Farbman Group, recently announced the completion of the atrium renovation at New Center One. This Class-A art deco mixed-use office complex is located in Detroit’s New Center and spans 600,000 square feet.
According to CEO Andy V. Farbman, it is crucial to continuously improve their office properties in order to foster collaboration and connection among tenants. The upgraded atrium at New Center One offers a bright and comfortable meeting space for tenants and visitors alike. It also provides an aesthetically pleasing location for lunch breaks as well as a visually appealing entryway into the building.
The renovations include new furniture, faux grass with live plant installations, upgraded LED lighting, and an elevated black paint job on the elevator facade. Michelle Davis from Farmington Hills-based Davis & Davis was responsible for managing and executing the design of this revamped atrium space.
