**Rush Funplex to Anchor New West Phoenix Retail Development**

A 75,000-square-foot indoor family entertainment center is set to become the anchor tenant for a new 14-acre commercial development in west Phoenix. Located at the northeast corner of Loop 202 and Dobbins Road, the facility—branded as The Rush Funplex—will be developed by Diversified Partners.

The entertainment center will feature a wide array of attractions including go-karts, bowling, a rock-climbing wall with foam pit, laser tag, mini-golf, an arcade, bumper cars, kiddie cars, private party rooms, and a café. This will be The Rush Funplex’s second location in Arizona, with the first situated in Goodyear—also part of a Diversified Partners project.

Other confirmed tenants for the development include QuikTrip, Bubble Bath, Express Oil & Tire Engineers, Hippo Vet, and several additional restaurants and retail businesses.

The design work is being handled by RKAA Architects. Construction is anticipated to begin either later this year or in early 2025, with a grand opening targeted for December 2026.
