The property also features 25,000 square feet of event space, street-level retail shops, a state-of-the-art health club spanning over 10,800 square feet and an office space measuring at 6,700 square feet. In addition to these impressive features,the Fairmont Olympic Seattle recently underwent a $22 million renovation to upgrade its public areas.

This marks Trinity’s eleventh successful hotel transaction since their inaugural fund,Triple GP Fund I L.P.,was finalized back in2021.
