Fairfield Industrial’s Second Phase Secured with Clarion TCC Approvals

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and JV partner Clarion Partners have received the required discretionary approvals for the second phase of development at Fairfield Industrial Center in Fairfield, CA. The approvals include a development review approval, general plan amendment and rezoning of the property. Construction is scheduled to begin by fall 2023.

Located at 300 Chadbourne Rd., this project will include two Class-A industrial buildings totaling 328,553 square feet with move-in ready tenant improvements delivered upon shell completion allowing for immediate occupancy suitable for one user or multiple tenants.

Principal Will Parker from TCC commented “We believe that this industrial center is complementary not only to the city’s existing infrastructure but also to our first phase of construction across the street” Cushman & Wakefield’s Brooks Pedder and Tony Binswanger as well as CBRE’s Kevin Hatcher will handle marketing and leasing efforts on behalf of TCC/Clarion Partners.
