Heritage Plaza, a recently renovated neighborhood shopping center spanning 26,403 square feet and situated at 28 CT-39 in New Fairfield, CT has been sold for $6.2 million. The property was acquired by Heritage Acquisitions LLC from the previous owner, 28 Route 39 LLC.
The successful sale of this fully leased complex was led by CBRE’s Karly Iacono, Dean Rosenzweig and Christopher Betting who spearheaded the marketing campaign on behalf of the seller. Marcus & Millichap’s investment specialists Mark Krantz and Derrick Dougherty from their Philadelphia office facilitated the purchase on behalf of Heritage Acquisitions LLC with assistance from Connecticut broker John Krueger.
According to first VP investments at Marcus & Millichap Mark Krantz: “Heritage Plaza is an exceptional property located on State Route 39 with full occupancy across five acres.” The plaza boasts a prime location in Fairfield County just outside New York City and features various service-based tenants such as First Step Pre-School and New Fairfield Animal Hospital. It also benefits from being surrounded by popular retailers including Stop & Shop, Starbucks, Dunkin’, Prime Time Fitness and Webster Bank.
This recent transaction marks another successful change in ownership for this bustling neighborhood center that continues to thrive within its community.
