Last week, representatives from Sansone Group, Mandich Group and BentallGreenOak celebrated the groundbreaking of Tampa Cold Storage Logistics. The joint venture is leveraging its collective expertise in commercial real estate investment, cold storage management and construction build-outs to meet the demand for Class A refrigerated warehouse space in the region. Strategically located near major highways and a port, this 109,000-square-foot facility will be constructed by Tippmann Construction with an expected completion date early next year.
Michael Mandich – Managing Partner at Mandich Group – stated that their vision is to provide small-, medium-, and large companies with efficient product distribution within a rapidly expanding market across Florida. Scott Delphey & Matthew Delphey of Food Properties Group along with Lisa Ross & Trey Carswell of Cushman & Wakefield will lead leasing efforts for Tampa Cold Storage Logistics.
