Extron Electronics has signed a five-year lease extension for its 4,100 square feet space on the 8th floor at 247 West 37th Street in Manhattan’s Garment District. Originally known as the Bricken Centre Building, this space will be used for general and executive offices and has been occupied by the audiovisual equipment manufacturer since 2012.
Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented both landlord and tenant in this direct transaction. The building is home to non-profit organizations such as JASA, Workmens Circle and The Settlement Housing Fund who recently benefited from renovations made to 247 West 37th Street.
