"Extensive SA Development with VersaTerra Planning"

VersaTerra, a San Antonio-based developer, has announced plans for a large mixed-use project at the intersection of Loop 410 and New Sulphur Springs Road. The project will span over 2,000 acres and include up to 5,000 residential units as well as 700 acres dedicated to commercial and industrial development.

The parcel will be developed through a joint venture between VersaTerra and R City Developments. R City is a family-owned company from Mexico that currently owns the land.

Development on this massive project is expected to take place over the course of fifteen years. VersaTerra is currently in the process of zoning and obtaining entitlements for the property with plans to break ground in spring next year. While it’s currently being referred to as Desarollo El Rancho, this name may change in the future.

Located near Brooks, Toyota Motor Manufacturing facility, and an upcoming JCB facility site, the development offers convenient access for residents or businesses looking for prime real estate opportunities within San Antonio’s thriving economy.
