Duotone Audio Group, a bespoke music and sound production company, has recently signed a three-year lease extension for 4,633 square feet of office space on the sixth floor of 200 Varick St. in Hudson Square, New York. The building is home to various tenants such as Film Forum and AHRC New York City.
The company will continue to utilize the space for its executive offices, general operations and administrative tasks. Additionally, they will also use it as an on-site recording and editing studio. Duotone Audio has been occupying this location since 2014.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Brendan O’Leary and Steven Langton represented the tenant in this transaction while Robert Silver , Brittany Silver , Anthony Sciacca , Jamie Jacobs from Newmark along with Jeffrey Gural & Rhonda Singer from GFP Real Estate represented the landlord -200 Varick Street DE LHC LLC- during negotiations.
