Choice Hotels International is continuing to expand its extended stay offering, Everhome Suites. The newest property will be located in Glendale and developed by HighSide Companies. Currently, six Everhome Suites hotels are completed or under construction with an additional 60 projects nationally in the due diligence phase. Scheduled to open Q3 of 2024, the four story hotel will feature 122 rooms near Luke Air Force Base, Boswell Medical Center, State Farm Stadium and Loop 101.
The modern design of Everhome Suites Glendale anticipates the needs of extended stay travelers with fully equipped kitchens including full-sized refrigerators dishwashers stovetops microwaves flatware cookware and plenty counter space as well as spa-style bathrooms with high-quality fixtures large closets for storage plus 24/7 self serve tech enabled Homebase Market fitness center and laundry facilities for convenience.
