**West77 Partners to Develop LivAway Suites Hotel in Mesa**
West77 Partners has announced plans to develop a new LivAway Suites Hotel in Mesa, Arizona, as part of a broader initiative to construct six locations across the state in 2025. The upcoming Mesa property will be situated near the intersection of Greenfield and Baseline Roads.
According to reports, the company is investing over $100 million into its Arizona portfolio and aims to have all six locations under construction by the end of the year. West77 Partners is serving as the developer for the Mesa project, while South Real Estate owns the land.
Consistent with other LivAway Suites properties currently under development, the Mesa Greenfield site will not include a swimming pool. Company officials have cited guest surveys indicating limited interest in pools, in addition to the high costs associated with their installation and maintenance.
West77 Partners is also progressing on two other 126-room LivAway Suites in the Phoenix metropolitan area — one located on Alzora Way in Tolleson and another on 99th Avenue in Glendale.
LivAway Suites is an extended-stay hotel brand that offers discounted rates for long-term stays, including weekly and monthly accommodations.
