Extended Stay Home2 Suites by Hilton New York LIC Acquired by Paceline Equity Partners

Paceline Equity Partners, a Dallas-based private equity manager, has acquired the Home2 Suites by Hilton New York Long Island City – an extended stay, all-suite hotel in Long Island City. Sam Loughlin, chief executive officer of Paceline commented on the acquisition: “This is our first hospitality investment in New York City and tenth hotel in our portfolio. The hotel has capitalized on strong leisure and business travel to the area as it recovers from pandemic impacts with diverse economic tailwinds.”

The recently renovated property is one of only three Hilton-branded extended stay properties located within NYC. This acquisition follows Paceline’s purchase of Sheraton Suites Atlanta Galleria which took place June 2022.
