The Journey Church NYC has recently signed a 10-year lease extension for their 8,643-square-foot space located on the third floor of 247 West 37th St. in the Garment District. The landlord, GFP Real Estate, was represented by Matthew Mandell while Gary Youm of JLL represented the tenant. Since first moving into this building in 2013, The Journey Church NYC has utilized this space as their general and executive offices and will continue to do so for at least another decade.
Originally built in1924 as the Bricken Centre Building, this property has undergone significant renovations to maintain its modern appeal. According to Matthew Mandell from GFP Real Estate: “The Journey Church NYC has been a reliable tenant over these past ten years and expressed interest in maintaining their large footprint due to its close proximity to where they hold weekly services.” This recent lease extension is yet another example of how well-suited this location is for The Journey Church’s needs.
