China Merchants Bank’s New York Branch has recently renewed their lease for 15 years at 535 Madison Avenue in Midtown. The full-floor office space, spanning multiple floors of the LEED-EB Gold-certified tower, is owned and managed by Park Tower Group.
Cresa’s Michael Goldman, Barry Spagna, and Erik Sznip expertly facilitated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Meanwhile, CBRE represented Park Tower Group with a team led by Brian Gell and Laurence Briody.
According to Goldman, after thorough tours of triple Class A spaces in Midtown Plaza district, it was collectively decided that extending their lease at 535 Madison Avenue was the best option for China Merchants Bank. They were particularly impressed with superior tenant services offered by the building as well as its column-free floor plates and prime location.
