Read King is currently considering a new development project in Atascocita, which would consist of 336 apartments and retail space. The estimated cost for this venture is $60 million, according to public filings.
The proposed development, known as The Market at The Groves, will be located at the intersection of Woodland Hills Drive and Madera Run Parkway in the neighborhood of The Groves. In addition to the apartments, Read King has plans for four retail buildings on the site.

The apartment community itself will feature twelve three-story buildings with detached garages. It will also include amenities such as an independent clubhouse and fitness center,a resort-style pool with cabana,and evena pickleball court.Meeks + Partners have been selected as designers for this residential portion of the project.
