RED is a leader in major downtown development and revitalization projects, such as CityScape in Phoenix, PV in Paradise Valley, and Prasada in Surprise. Now RED has partnered with Globe Corp. to build GSQ – a more than 150-acre mixed-use development located within Goodyear that will offer dining, retail, residential units, office spaces , hotels and entertainment options. This joint venture will create an upscale dining destination for the rapidly growing city of Goodyear which has seen its population increase by 45% over the past decade alone; there are now over half a million residents living within 10 miles of GSQ .
Mike Ebert from RED commented on their partnership with the City of Goodyear saying “We share their vision to build an exciting destination that improves how people live , work and play here” Construction on GSQ is set to begin 2024 with further announcements expected later this year.
