Florida based Minto develops Latitude under license from Margaritaville Holdings and announced plans in April 2022 for communities in Houston, Dallas and Austin. Existing communities are located in Daytona Beach, Panama City Beach and Hardeeville near Hilton Head offering resort style pools, fitness centers live entertainment signature food & beverage concepts as well as arts & learning programs – all available exclusively to those 55+. The development requires land between 1k – 1.5k acres which will accommodate amenities such as 3K homes or more!
