NAI Hiffman recently joined Experior Global & Transport, project partners, city officials, and other key stakeholders in a groundbreaking ceremony for a new four-building headquarters and logistics campus at 1001 W. Irving Park Road in Schaumburg. David Haigh of NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group represented Experior during the acquisition of the property with Olympus Design and Development serving as general contractor.
The $65 million campus will allow Experior to serve logistics clients while leasing one building to third-party users due to high demand for flex office and warehouse space within the I-90/Northwest submarket area that is increasingly becoming space constrained. The 48,000 square foot warehouse available for lease by third parties will be equipped with advanced inventory management systems while offering fully furnished shared office spaces on daily, weekly or monthly rental basis – bringing their total number of locations across America up to six!
