### CRE Capital Markets Veterans Launch CrownPoint Partners
Industry veterans Julius Swolsky, Shannon Bona, and Don Bingham have launched CrownPoint Partners, a national brokerage and advisory firm. Headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, and Newport Beach, CA, the firm will specialize in investment sales and acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, and strategic analysis.

Collectively, they have closed more than $3 billion in sales volume across over 750 transactions nationwide. Their team also includes Vice President of Operations Suramya Miller, contributing to a combined experience of more than 50 years.
