Experience Luxury at Arlo Hotels’ Midwest Debut in Downtown Chicago

a New York-based boutique hotel chain, is set to open its first Midwest location this week in the Atlantic Bank Building in downtown Chicago (https://arlohotels.com/). According to the Chicago Business Journal, this 218-key hotel is a joint venture between real estate investment firms Oxford Capital Group and Quadrum Global. The new Arlo will be their sixth hotel overall with three existing locations in New York and two more located in Miami.

John Rutledge, Founder Chairman & CEO of Oxford Capital Group & Oxford Hotels & Resorts expressed his enthusiasm for the project: “We are excited to work with Quadrum Global once again on opening Arlo Chicago. Our combined expertise of owning and operating luxury lifestyle hotels that provide travelers high-level service with local flair makes us confident that Chicago will be popular among those traveling to our city” This marks the 16th time they have opened a property within the city limits of Chicago alone!
