Expansion Anchor Health Properties Acquires Lawrenceville MOB Off-Market, Announces Phase II Expansion Plan

Anchor Health Properties has closed on an off-market three story, 40,000-square-foot Class A medical office building and adjacent land site in Lawrenceville, a submarket of Atlanta. Phase II is scheduled to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2023. The existing building is fully leased with Northside Health and Fresenius Medical Care as anchor tenants. Women’s Group of Gwinnett will lease 16,000 square feet as the anchor tenant for Phase II.

Colliers Atlanta’s Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Michael Lipton and Josh Gregory represented Anchor on the purchase while also representing Women’s Group of Georgia as lead tenant for Phase II. Brandon Wallace from Meadows & Ohly represented the Seller during negotiations while Wintrust Bank provided debt financing services to Anchor Health Properties throughout this process..

Anchor will provide property management services with Steve Hall, John Lopez, Bo Stuart from Transwestern providing leasing services going forward into completion of phase two development project at 595 Hurricane Shoals Road NW .
