RidgeGate, a large master-planned real estate project located in Lone Tree, is set to add more residential units and retail sites. Currently home to 6,000 residents, the community has even more exciting developments in store for its future.
Coventry Development’s plans for RidgeGate include several new projects that are expected to be completed by 2025:
– A King Soopers grocery store and fuel center spanning over 123,000 square feet will begin construction this year. The retail center will also feature an additional 30,000 square feet of shop space.
– Century Living has already started work on their luxury rental apartment complex with 340 units at the RidgeGate Village Center on the east side of the community. This project is set to open in mid-2026.
– In May of this year, Experience Senior Living Development will unveil The Reserve at Lone Tree – a nine-story building featuring luxury senior living options such as independent apartments (125), assisted apartments (60), and memory care units (24).
– Koelbel & Co.’s affordable senior housing project consisting of 101 units is currently under construction at RidgeGate Village Center. With tax credit approval secured for this development , it is expected to be completed by May of next year.
